We are delighted to offer free delivery on your first order as a new customer. Here’s how it works:
- Eligibility: The offer applies once per customer on their first purchase only.
- Minimum Spend: No minimum spend required. The free delivery benefit is applied regardless of order value.
- Automatic Application: Simply add your favorite Korean skincare products to your cart, register for an account within checkout (or via the My Account page) and the delivery charge will be automatically waived if it is your first order. You will see this applied in your final order summary in the checkout page.
- Applicable Regions: This promotion is valid for all countries we ship to.

If you are a new customer but choose to checkout as a guest, you will not receive the free delivery promotion for first-time customers. In such cases, the standard delivery policy will apply as outlined above.
