At SkinSeoul, we want you to shop with confidence. If you find a lower price on an identical item from an authorized online retailer, we’ll match it. See full terms below.

Eligibility

Product must be identical – same brand, size, model, and packaging.
Authorized retailers only – excludes marketplaces like eBay, Amazon third-party sellers, auction sites, and wholesale clubs.
Price match must be requested within 7 calendar days of the delivery date of your purchase.

Request Process

Submit proof of the lower price (URL and screenshot) as well as your order number to support@skin-seoul.com.
We will verify and respond within 5 business days, and if the price match is deemed eligible, we will refund you in SkinSeoul credit.

Exclusions

Clearance, flash sales, promotional bundles, or “buy one get one” offers.
Prices from subscription/membership-based pricing programs.
Out-of-stock or discontinued items at the competitor’s site.

Limitations

One price match per product, per customer.
Cannot be combined with discount codes, coupons, or other offers.
We reserve the right to approve or deny any request at our sole discretion.
