The global tariff situation is changing from week to week, and so at SkinSeoul we aim to be as transparent as possible about what’s going on and how it impacts you. We’re here to make sure your next K-Beauty haul is stress-free.

Today, on 2nd May 2025, the U.S. has started charging a tariff on packages under $800 coming into the U.S. This means customers pay additional fees to receive their skincare order. However, this rule only applies to purchases coming from China & Hong Kong.

At SkinSeoul, we ship Korean products directly from our Korean warehouse, and because of that, we remain tariff-free. There are no extra charges when purchasing from us.

So what does this mean? It means that next time if you order your favourite sunscreen, toner and moisturizer for a total of $60, you will pay exactly that, $60. At SkinSeoul, you will be avoiding $100 or more in extra tariff fees.
