Terms and Conditions for SkinSeoul Friends Referral Campaign

1. Introduction
   Welcome to the SkinSeoul Referral Campaign! Participate in our campaign to earn discounts by referring new
   customers to our website. These terms and conditions govern your participation in the campaign.
2. Eligibility
   • Participants must be at least 18 years old.
   • Participants must have a valid account on SkinSeoul.
   • Referrers and referred customers must use a valid email address for registration.
   • By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions.
3. Campaign Duration
   • The Referral Campaign is ongoing and SkinSeoul reserves the right to terminate or modify the campaign at
     any time without prior notice.
4. How to Participate
   • Register for an account on SkinSeoul to receive a unique referral link.
   • Share your referral link with friends.
   • Your friends must click the link and register for a new SkinSeoul account.
   • A 10% discount will be applied to your friend’s first purchase and your next purchase once their purchase is completed
5. Discount Conditions
   • The 10% discount is only valid when the total value of the purchase (before shipping and any other discounts) is at least USD49. For Singapore the minimum is SGD50, for Australia it is AUD55 and for Malaysia it is RM170.
   • Discounts are automatically applied at checkout.
   • Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
   • A maximum of one 10% referral discount can be applied per purchase, regardless of the number of accumulated referrals made.
6. Referral Link
   • Your unique referral link can be found on the “My Account” page after registration.
   • This link must be used by your friends at the time of their registration for the discounts to apply.
7. Limitations
   • There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer. However, only one 10% referral discount per purchase cap applies.
   • If a referred friend cancels their order, the discount related to that order will be void for both you
     and your friend.
8. Privacy
   • Personal information collected during the campaign will be used solely for administering the campaign
     and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary or as required by law.
9. Modifications to the Campaign
   • SkinSeoul reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions of this campaign at any time
     without prior notification.
   • Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms and conditions on our website.
10. Liability
    • SkinSeoul is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by participants or
      technical issues that may cause interruptions to the campaign.
    • Participants release SkinSeoul from any liability related to participation in the campaign.
11. Dispute Resolution
    • Disputes related to this Referral Campaign will be resolved at the discretion of SkinSeoul, and such
      decisions shall be final.
